Prof. Rudy Jean-Bart, Prof. Brittany Roberts, and the newly formed BC Woman, Present “Shattering the Glass, Part 2”.

This discussion will bring together several dynamic women from South Florida, including Ebonni Bryant, founder and CEO of The Idea Inc.; Julia Dawson, former president of the Miami chapter of the National Organization for Women; Sheila Jones, district director of the Robert “Bob” Elmore Honors Institute at Broward College; Nehemie Michaud, Broward College student; Ania Rodriguez, CEO of Key Lime Interactive and a 2014 South Florida Business Journal 40 under 40 Honoree; and Calibe Thompson, television personality, author and producer of “The Caribbean Diaspora Weekly.” The panel will address what it takes for young women to overcome various obstacles as they venture to shatter the glass ceiling.
