Academic Success Center – Broward College South Campus

Welcome to the Academic Success Center (ASC) Broward College South Campus.
Building 72 – Second Floor, 954-201-8909

The purpose of the Academic Success Center (ASC) is to support course curriculum outside of the classroom. The ASCs accomplish this by working closely with Pathways and individual faculty members. Our support services range from certified tutoring, facilitated group study sessions, exam reviews, and collaborative space usage, just to name a few. As a current Broward College student, these resources are available at no extra cost.

The ASC is designed with the student in mind. On the first floor, students will find a Student Technology Center,or open computer center. Students can conduct research, complete homework assignments or receive assistance navigating online course resources. The second floor offers a quiet study room, and academic labs and tutoring for introductory and advanced Math and Science, Writing, English as a Second Language, Reading, Accounting, Economics, Introductory Computer Science, and Modern Foreign Language.

The ASC is a member of the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA), National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA), and Florida College Learning Center Association (FCLCA). ASC endeavors to meet the needs of our students with a highly trained professional staff that work collaboratively to actively contribute to student success.
