We have some interesting events coming up this week but be sure to #MeetMyProfessor Wednesday, January 23rd, 11:30a – 12:30p, Bldg 69/133 (across from the Art Gallery). Talk to Professor Conrad and
Professor Osterhoudt to find out how they got on the pathway to becoming a science professor at Broward College. This series will continue once a month and you will have the opportunity to talk to and listen to other science professors and their academic journey.

Broward College will be closed in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 21, 2019 @ 6:00 am – 7:00 pm. The college will reopen, Tuesday, January 22, 2019, @ 6:00 am.

ASC Ready To Assist

Welcome to week 3, you’re doing fine but could probably use a little assistance to keep you on track. The Academic Success Center (ASC) is here to do just that. Make note of the workshops and reviews for the science lab and the math lab (Bldg. 72, 2nd floor).

We are looking forward to our ASC Writing Center monthly series featuring local authors that teach here at South Campus and Broward College. This month we are proud to present our own writing center tutor, and adjunct professor, J.C. Alonso.
