Seahawk Outreach Services π π
For drive-through food, students can sign up by going to the Seahawk Outreach Services (SOS) webpage. Once there, you can click on the βFood & Essentials Distribution/Seahawk Marketplaceβ button and then click on the button to fill out the request. Β All CDC guidelines will be followed.
This weekβs food and hygiene essentials distribution will take place this Friday, April 30 at Central Campus. Are you interested? Visit Broward.edu/SOS to sign up and click on food & essentials distribution to complete form.
Time: 11am – 1 pm
Location: Outside of Bailey Hall ( Building 4)
You can sign up for the entire term (only need to sign up once) and attend every week, as the distribution rotates at each campus.
Central Campus: The first and last Friday of the month
North Campus: 2nd week of the month
South Campus: 3rd week of the month

Broward College has partnered with Lyft for the new initiative Broward College Lyft Ride Program! This program is aimed at assisting students who are experiencing transportation challenges. Students can ride for free* as long as their ride either begins or ends at a Broward College campus or center.

Β·Student must be currently enrolled or have taken classes in the past two semesters
Eligible Ride Locations
Ride credits can only be used if the ride begins or ends at one of the following approved locations:

Special Circumstances
Β·If a student would like to request a Broward College Lyft Ride to a location other than a Broward College campus or center, please encourage them to still complete the form and an S.O.S. staff member will contact the student to discuss the request and determine eligibility.

Take Ten
Arts, Humanities & Design is proud to present the ground-breaking Take Ten, an original short play festival, on April 24th and 25th at 8 pm.
Take Ten is free of charge and features ten 10-minute plays written by Florida Playwrights. Five of the selected plays will be presented on April 24th, and the remaining five will be presented on April 25th. Performances both evenings begin at 8 p.m.
